What We Require From the Developer
Transparent evaluation requires clear documentation across corporate, financial, and project parameters.
Checklist for Deal Evaluation
Essential documents required by investors. Check items to review your project's readiness.
Select documents as ready to simulate readiness score.
Company Information
Certificate of incorporation, PAN, and constitutional documents
Promoter / director profiles and past project track record
Group companies and ownership structure
The documentation requirement will vary depending on the project and proposed transaction structure.
Two-Tier Engagement Framework
Understand the operational and legal distinction between corporate qualification and project-level execution.
General Developer Empanelment
One-time registration of builder credentials, delivered projects, and upcoming pipeline.
Project-Specific Mandate
Specific mandate signed for an individual project and funding requirement.
Developer Empanelment
We build long-term relationships with credible developers across multiple projects.
Developers complete a one-time registration form to enter our vetted partner network.
Empanelment evaluates the builder's track record, financial stability, and upcoming pipeline.
Done once per entity, ensuring fast capital mobilization when specific projects are ready.
Empanelment does not constitute a commitment by Artha RFT to raise funds or by the developer to accept any particular investment proposal. Each funding opportunity will be evaluated and mandated separately.
Project-Specific Fund-Raising Mandate
Once empanelled, a Project-Specific Mandate is executed detailing the exact project, required funding amount, tenure, and terms.
The Project-Specific Fund-Raising Mandate Form is a separate form to be completed by the developer for each project. It captures the developer and project details, the proposed funding structure, contributions and commercial terms, security, expected timelines and purpose of funding, together with a checklist of the documents to accompany the mandate.
