Developer empanelment

A one-time onboarding where we evaluate the builder's track record, ongoing schemes, and future funding needs.

How it works

We build long-term relationships with credible developers across multiple projects.

Developers complete a one-time registration form to enter our vetted partner network.

Done once per entity, ensuring fast capital mobilization when specific projects are ready.

Empanelment does not constitute a commitment by Artha RFT to raise funds or by the developer to accept any particular investment proposal. Each funding opportunity will be evaluated and mandated separately.

Project funding mandate

A formal mandate to raise funding for a specific project with agreed target amounts, tenure, and security terms.

How it works

The Project-Specific Fund-Raising Mandate Form is a separate form to be completed by the developer for each project. It captures the developer and project details, the proposed funding structure, contributions and commercial terms, security, expected timelines and purpose of funding, together with a checklist of the documents to accompany the mandate.

The enquiry form starts a conversation. Developer empanelment and project-specific mandates remain separate formal documents.

Engagement terms & fees

For successfully facilitating a funding transaction, Artha RFT charges a professional finder’s / transaction facilitation fee, which will be a percentage of the funds successfully raised for the relevant mandate.

The applicable fee structure, payment milestones and scope of services will be documented as part of the relevant engagement / mandate.
